Job Summary The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel or resort, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments. The role involves maintaining service standards, enhancing guest satisfaction, managing operational costs, supervising departmental teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and hospitality industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee the daily operations of the hotel or resort to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.
2. Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Security, and other operational departments.
3. Ensure high standards of guest service, guest satisfaction, and overall guest experience.
4. Monitor departmental performance and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
5. Handle guest complaints, resolve service-related issues, and ensure timely follow-up.
6. Monitor operational budgets, control expenses, and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
7. Supervise departmental heads and team members to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
8. Ensure compliance with health, safety,



hygiene, fire safety, and statutory requirements.
9. Monitor inventory management, purchasing, maintenance activities, and operational supplies to minimize wastage and control costs.
10. Conduct regular operational meetings, review performance reports, and implement corrective actions wherever required.
11. Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team to support revenue generation, occupancy improvement, and business growth.
12. Ensure proper staff scheduling, manpower utilization, training, and performance management across departments.
13. Maintain effective communication between departments to ensure seamless operations and timely resolution of operational challenges.
14. Monitor guest feedback and online reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement service enhancement initiatives.
15. Prepare and submit operational reports, performance updates, and recommendations to senior management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
