Job Summary

We are hiring an Operations Manager / Supervisor to oversee all staff and day-to-day operations — accounts, telecalling, godown, and dispatch — freeing the owner from routine daily management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise all staff: accounts, telecallers, godown and delivery team

- Track attendance, assign daily tasks, and monitor team performance

- Oversee godown operations: stock inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch

- Maintain stock accuracy; conduct regular stock checks and report shortages/damages

- Ensure timely order dispatch and coordinate with transporters/couriers

- Review daily sales, collections, and dispatch reports; escalate issues early

- Handle returns, damages, and client escalations with the accounts team

- Share a daily/weekly operations report with the owner

Qualifications

- Graduate (any stream) preferred

- 3+ years in operations, warehouse/godown supervision, or team handling

- Candidates who have worked in a distributor firm strongly preferred

- Robust leadership — able to manage a team and get work done

- Working knowledge of Excel; Tally or inventory software is a plus

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
