Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role is responsible for overseeing daily packaging operations, managing production schedules, and ensuring that customer orders are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

The Operations

Manager will supervise on-site teams, coordinate with clients and vendors, monitor inventory and equipment maintenance, and implement process improvements. This role also involves tracking operational metrics, managing costs,



enforcing safety and compliance procedures, and collaborating with leadership to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial packaging.
- Solid skills in team leadership, staff supervision, and workforce planning.
- Proficiency in production planning, process optimization, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of safety standards, quality control practices, and compliance in industrial environments.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare operational reports, and use basic ERP or inventory management systems.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
- Prior experience in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad industrial area or similar industrial clusters is an advantage.
