We are looking for a highly energetic, resourceful, and solution-oriented Operations Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of catering orders while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Role Overview

As an Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every catering order is executed smoothly, on time, and in accordance with Caterersnearme's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

You will be the primary point of contact for resolving operational challenges, coordinating with caterers, managing last-minute requirements, and ensuring that customers receive an exceptional catering experience.

We are looking for someone who thrives under pressure, loves solving problems, and believes that no operational challenge is too big to overcome.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Fulfilment & Execution

2. Customer Satisfaction & Issue Resolution

3. SOP Compliance & Quality Control

4. Last-Minute Procurement & Logistics Management

- Arrange emergency procurement of food items, supplies, equipment, and other essentials through quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto.
- Coordinate urgent pickups, deliveries, and transportation using Porter, Uber, Rapido, and other logistics services.
- Ensure that no order is compromised due to avoidable logistical or procurement challenges.

5. Operational Excellence & Process Improvement

- Identify recurring operational challenges and implement preventive measures.
- Develop and improve SOPs,



checklists, and escalation processes.
- Track operational performance, order-related issues, and customer feedback.
- Work towards improving order fulfilment efficiency, reducing errors, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Previous hands-on experience in operations management, logistics, hospitality, food services, event management, or a related field.
- Practical experience using Porter, Uber, Rapido, and similar logistics platforms is a must.
- Strong familiarity with quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Comfortable handling operational emergencies and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to take ownership and remain available for critical operational escalations.
