Role Description The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day production, logistics, and facility operations at Aarogyam Cast Iron’s foundry and related units. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad includes planning and managing workflows, coordinating with production teams, and monitoring quality and safety standards across the cast iron product range.

The role involves optimizing resource utilization, managing inventory and procurement, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

The Operations

Manager will collaborate with leadership on process improvements, cost control, and operational efficiency,



while maintaining explicit communication with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management skills, including workflow planning, resource allocation, and process optimization.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, preferably in metal, casting, or foundry operations.
- Knowledge of quality control practices, safety standards, and compliance requirements in production settings.
- Proficiency in inventory management, procurement coordination, and basic supply chain principles.
- Effective leadership capabilities, with experience supervising teams and driving performance and accountability.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational issues and implement solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers.
- Comfort with using productivity and reporting tools (e.g., spreadsheets, ERP or production tracking software).
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Hyderabad and adapt to a dynamic manufacturing environment.
