Key Responsibilities

- Support chapters, leadership teams, and members to ensure smooth operations and high engagement.

- Coordinate events, training sessions, workshops, and visitor meetings.

- Maintain member databases, CRM systems, dashboards, and performance reports.

- Track membership renewals, retention, visitor follow-ups, and member conversions.

- Monitor chapter performance, KPIs, and compliance.

- Manage calendars, documentation, meeting minutes, invoicing, and administrative tasks.

- Support chapter growth initiatives and current chapter launches.

Required Skills

- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, CRM, and PowerPoint.

- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and relationship management abilities.

- Experience in event coordination, reporting,



and operations management.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 3–5 years of experience in operations, administration, customer success, event management, or membership-based organizations.

- Experience with networking organizations, franchises, or CRM systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
