About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support day-to-day business operations, improve process efficiency, and coordinate with different teams. This role offers hands-on experience in operational planning, data management, reporting, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain and update operational records, databases, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support business requirements.
- Track tasks, timelines, deliverables, and operational performance metrics.
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Support inventory management, vendor coordination, logistics, or other operational functions, where applicable.




- Perform administrative tasks and provide general operational support.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with PowerPoint or Google Slides is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
