- Manage daily operations of the company website and online orders.
- Verify product details, pricing, images, and inventory availability.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and purchase teams for stock availability and order fulfilment.
- Manage order processing, dispatch updates, returns, and refunds through Shiprocket.
- Monitor Ready-to-Dispatch orders and ensure timely processing.
- Assist in uploading products and updating website content.
- Write and publish one website blog every Friday.
- Identify operational issues and suggest improvements to enhance website performance.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
