We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Intern to support our day-to-day inventory management and supply chain coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update inventory records and stock levels.
- Track customer orders, dispatches, and delivery status.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Monitor order timelines and follow up on pending deliveries.
- Maintain accurate reports and documentation using Excel/Google Sheets.
Requirements:
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
