1. Job Summary

Remag Electros Pvt. Ltd. provides industrial electrical solutions, including HT/LT motor rewinding, transformer repair, electromagnet servicing, and electrical equipment maintenance.

The Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operational activities, monitoring job progress, maintaining operational records, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring timely execution and delivery of service jobs.

2. Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Monitor the progress of motor rewinding, transformer repair, and other electrical service jobs.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, production teams, and management for timely job completion.
- Maintain job cards, work orders, service records, and operational documentation.
- Track job status from initial inspection and diagnosis through repair, testing, and final delivery.
- Monitor material requirements, inventory availability, and equipment usage in coordination with the stores team.
- Follow up on pending jobs, operational delays, and material shortages.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and MIS.




- Maintain data related to job completion, turnaround time, productivity, and pending work.
- Coordinate with the quality team to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Support planning and scheduling of manpower, machinery, and job priorities.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers whenever required.
- Assist management in identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing process improvements.
- Maintain proper communication between departments to ensure effective execution of assignments.

3. Educational Qualifications

- Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Candidates with qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management may also be considered, depending on their technical knowledge and experience.

1. Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in operations, production coordination, service operations, or industrial engineering.

Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and good coordination skills may also apply. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
