Role Description The Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for supporting end-to-end auction operations, including coordinating with clients, buyers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of salvage and asset disposal processes. Day-to-day tasks include managing auction listings, tracking auction progress, monitoring documentation and compliance, and updating internal systems and reports.

Executive will also assist in data analysis, process improvement initiatives, and adherence to CVC guidelines and internal SOPs. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall service quality.

Qualifications

- Solid Operations and Operations Management skills to handle day-to-day auction workflows and ensure process efficiency.
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with clients, buyers, and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify trends, and support decision-making and process improvements.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital platforms and online tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
- Knowledge of auction processes, asset recovery, insurance, or related industries is an advantage.
- Commitment to ethical conduct, transparency, and compliance with relevant guidelines and policies.
