The Operations Executive will manage daily security operations, including guard deployment, duty rosters, attendance and replacements. The role involves regular site visits, supervising security personnel, coordinating recruitment and training, resolving client concerns and responding to operational emergencies. Responsibilities also include maintaining records, preparing reports and ensuring guards follow security procedures and deliver reliable service across all client sites.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
