Key Skills

- 10-15+ years of experience in program management, transformation, or enterprise technology initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML with hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications using frontier models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) or open-source alternatives
- Develop and maintain program plans, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
- Engage regularly with functional stakeholders to align priorities, progress, and outcomes.
- Able to conceptualize and architect AI-native solutions and pipelines, from data ingestion and vector stores through to model serving and production deployment
- Strong knowledge/experience designing agentic workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, etc including tool calling, memory, planning, and multi-agent orchestration
- Familiar with integration primitives like A2A, MCP, and API function calling to connect AI systems with external tools, services, and data sources
- Familiar with prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and LLM evaluation techniques,



with exposure to at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI applications
- Able to rapidly prototype and iterate using agentic coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, and others to accelerate solution development Curiosity-driven, staying current with fast-moving developments in LLMs and agent frameworks, with the ability to translate complex business problems into practical AI solutions
- Comfortable working both collaboratively in cross-functional teams and independently as an individual contributor, taking end-to-end ownership of deliverables
- Mandatory Skills: 10-15+ years of experience in program management, enterprise technology transformation, and large-scale cross-functional program delivery, with strong expertise in stakeholder management, executive communication, governance, reporting, AI adoption, and enterprise technology strategy.
- Valuable to Have Skills: Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications using OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models; agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph and CrewAI; RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, vector databases, MCP/A2A, LLM evaluation, cloud-based AI deployment, and agentic coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex.
