About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Head with a solid background in civil construction, road construction, infrastructure, or similar project-based industries. The candidate will be responsible for managing overall operational activities, coordinating with site teams, handling manpower deployment, and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.

This role is primarily focused on operations management, site coordination, and workforce management, rather than recruitment or routine HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor daily operational activities across project sites.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and project management teams.
- Handle manpower planning, workforce deployment, attendance, and productivity monitoring.
- Ensure proper coordination between the head office and on-site teams.
- Track project progress, identify operational challenges, and take timely corrective action.




- Manage contractor and labour coordination to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Monitor site requirements, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular operational reports and provide updates to management.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, company procedures, and site requirements.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues and maintain effective team coordination.

Candidate Requirements:

- 2–8 years of relevant experience in civil construction, road construction, infrastructure, or similar industries.
- Prior experience in site operations, project coordination, and manpower management is essential.
- Candidates whose experience is limited to recruitment or general HR activities will not be suitable.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams, coordinate multiple activities, and work in a project-based environment.
