Job Summary: We are seeking a highly efficient, data-driven, and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operational tasks, analyzing performance metrics, and creating high-impact reports for leadership. The ideal candidate is an Advanced Excel power-user who thrives on automation, a skilled PowerPoint designer who can turn data into compelling visual stories, and a productivity minimalist who heavily relies on keyboard shortcuts to maximize speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Management & Analysis: Build, maintain, and optimize daily/weekly operational trackers using Advanced Excel functions to monitor KPIs and business workflows.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Design energetic operational dashboards and clean, client-ready PowerPoint presentations for executive reviews and stakeholder meetings.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current operational workflows and implement Excel-based automation (macros, power queries) to reduce manual turnaround time.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with various departments to gather raw data, clean inconsistencies, and synthesize it into actionable insights.
- Data Hygiene:



Ensure 100% accuracy and integrity of operational data through rigorous validation rules and systematic audits.

Required Technical Skills

- Advanced MS Excel Mastery:
- Deep expertise in complex formulas (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, nested IF statements, SUMIFS).
- Proficiency in Pivot Tables, Power Query, Data Modeling, and basic VBA/Macros.
- Expertise in dynamic charting and conditional formatting.
- MS PowerPoint Proficiency:
- Ability to create structured, visually professional, and uncluttered slide decks.
- Skill in using Slide Masters, custom layouts, smart art, and data visualization tools to present complex metrics simply.
- Strong in PPT presentation.
- Keyboard Shortcut Efficiency:
- High-speed execution using keyboard-only navigation (mouse-free navigation in Excel and PowerPoint is highly preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to use Alt-key sequences, control shortcuts, and quick-access toolbars to optimize workflow speed.

Qualifications & Soft Skills

- Any Bachelor’s degree
- Strong analytical thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tight deadlines.
- Sharp eye for detail—catching formatting errors, data discrepancies, and typos instantly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
