Position Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Scrum Master with strong Delivery Management capabilities to join our Project. The role requires an individual who can effectively manage complex delivery environments, drive execution across multiple teams, collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, and deliver outcomes at pace.

This is a critical role within a high-visibility program, requiring a confident leader who can take ownership, solve problems proactively, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Agile delivery across multiple Scrum teams and vendors within Our Project.
- Drive program execution, sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery governance.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project milestones and business commitments.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and impediments and drive their resolution.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering Teams, Architects, and Business Stakeholders.
- Monitor delivery performance metrics and establish continuous improvement practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
- Provide leadership and coaching to teams on Agile frameworks, Scrum best practices, and delivery excellence.
- Drive stakeholder communications and executive reporting across project workstreams.
- Take ownership of strategic initiatives and ensure successful execution from inception to completion.
- Leverage AI tools and productivity accelerators to improve team efficiency, delivery speed, decision-making, and operational effectiveness.




- Required Skills & Experience

Delivery & Project Management

- Strong Delivery Management and Project Management experience in Agile environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously.
- Experience working in complex, multi-vendor delivery ecosystems.
- Strong planning, tracking, governance, and execution capabilities.

Agile & Scrum Expertise

- Hands-on Scrum Master experience driving Agile transformations and delivery excellence.
- Deep understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, Kanban, and scaled Agile practices.
- Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies.

Technical & Problem-Solving Skills

- Good technical understanding with the ability to engage effectively with engineering teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to quickly assess challenges and make informed decisions.

Stakeholder Management

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to confidently engage and influence senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating decision-making.
