We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated Freshers with excellent communication skills to join our US Healthcare RCM team as an AR Caller. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with US insurance companies to follow up on unpaid medical claims and resolve billing-related issues. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in the US Healthcare industry.

#Key Responsibilities

- Contact insurance companies in the US to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
- Verify claim status and identify reasons for denials, rejections, or delays in payment.
- Document call outcomes accurately in the billing system.




- Follow established processes to resolve payment issues.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve collection targets.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

- Any Graduate (BA, BCom, BBA, BSc, BE, BTech, etc.)
- Freshers can apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English speaking and listening skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
