: Online Tutors – Computer Science & Arabic

About Learners Note

Learners Note is seeking passionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable Online Tutors to deliver high-quality, one-on-one live tutoring sessions to students across the globe. Tutors will conduct interactive classes via Google Meet, ensuring an engaging and personalized learning experience.

Subjects

Candidates may be assigned classes based on their qualifications, expertise, and student requirements in one or more of the following subjects:

- Computer Science: Up to Grade 12
- Arabic: Up to Grade 10

Tutors may teach students from KG to Grade 10, depending on the subject, student requirements, and the tutor’s qualifications and competency.

Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualifications

- Arabic: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Arabic.
- Computer Science: B.Tech in Computer Science/IT, MCA, BCA, M.Tech, or an equivalent qualification.

Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching or relevant subject experience is required.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred.

Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong subject knowledge.
- Ability to engage students effectively in an online learning environment.
- Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.

Technical Requirements
- Desktop or laptop (mandatory).
- YouCam software installed for session recording. Mobile devices are not supported.
- Stable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
- A quiet and professional workspace suitable for conducting online classes.

Working Schedule
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).
- Class Timings: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
- Break Timings:




- 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM
- 8:30 PM – 9:00 PM
- Maximum Classes: 4 classes per day.
- Minimum Commitment: 4 hours per day.
- Availability: At least 6 days per week.

Compensation and Benefits
- Initial remuneration will be performance-based.
- Eligible for an appraisal after 15 months.
- Salary will be credited on the 15th of every month, based on the sessions conducted during the previous month.
- Students will be assigned for the entire academic year upon successful completion of the demo session.
- TDS will be deducted at 10%, as applicable under the relevant Government of India regulations.
- Form 16 will be provided, as applicable, for income tax purposes.

Training and Onboarding
- Mandatory training on teaching methodologies and internal applications.
- Complete syllabus, lesson plans, and reference materials will be provided.

Interview Process The selection process includes the following stages:
- HR Interview.
- Technical/Subject Evaluation.
- A 7–10-minute PowerPoint demo class on a topic of the candidate’s choice, conducted via Google Meet.
- Final discussion and onboarding.
