Weavaa Designs and MomsyKid are looking for a highly motivated, confident, and target-driven Online Sales Executive to convert online customer enquiries into confirmed sales.

We are looking for a salesperson, not just a customer support executive.

The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with customers, be comfortable making sales calls, follow up persistently, and take ownership of achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Conversion: Handle incoming enquiries from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, website, advertisements, and other online channels.
- Proactive Sales Calling: Confidently call potential customers to understand their requirements, explain products, address objections, and close sales.
- Consistent Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with interested customers, pending enquiries, previous leads, and customers who have not completed their purchases.
- Existing Customer Sales: Reconnect with existing customers to generate repeat purchases, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Product Consultation: Explain product details, designs, fabrics, pricing, customisation options, and delivery timelines.
- Sales Target Achievement: Take complete ownership of assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, quotations, and sales status in the CRM system.
- Order Coordination: Coordinate with showroom and production teams to ensure smooth order confirmation and customer communication.
- Customer Relationships:



Build positive relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in online sales, telesales, inside sales, retail sales, or customer conversion.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam; English communication skills are preferred.
- Must be confident and comfortable making outbound sales calls.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Ability to follow up with customers without hesitation.
- Self-motivated, energetic, disciplined, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based incentives.
- Experience handling WhatsApp Business, Instagram enquiries, or CRM software is an advantage.
- Experience in fashion, boutique, clothing, or e-commerce sales is preferred.

Performance Expectations This is a target-oriented sales role. Performance will be evaluated based on:

- Monthly sales revenue achieved.
- Percentage of enquiries converted into confirmed orders.
- Number and quality of customer calls and follow-ups.
- Conversion of old and inactive leads.
- Repeat purchases from existing customers.
- Accuracy and timeliness of CRM updates.
