We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented On-Field Marketing Representative to promote our products, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with customers across the North India region. Candidates based in Delhi or any other region with good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to meet potential customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners.

- Identify and develop current business opportunities in the assigned territory.

- Promote company products and communicate product features and benefits to customers.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and support sales conversion.

- Achieve assigned marketing and business development targets.

- Prepare daily field visit reports, lead reports, and market feedback.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective customer service and follow-up.

- Travel within the assigned North India region as required.

Eligibility Criteria





- Education: Graduate in any discipline; Marketing or Business Administration preferred.

- Experience: 1–3 years in field marketing, sales, or business development preferred. Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.

- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

- Willingness to travel for field visits across the assigned region.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and reporting tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates based in Delhi or nearby locations.

- Candidates with experience in B2B marketing, industrial products, manufacturing, or dealer/distributor development will be preferred.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: As per experience and company standards.

- Travel allowance and other applicable benefits as per company policy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
