Job Purpose:-

To ensure the secure, reliable, and efficient operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical and electronic systems and equipment, while complying with safety regulations and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:-

· Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.

· Maintain motors, control panels, transformers, switchgear, cables, and lighting systems.

· Diagnose and repair electrical faults in PVC pipe extrusion machines, mixers, compressors, chillers, and other production equipment.

· Minimize machine downtime by responding quickly to breakdowns.

· Monitor and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and automation systems.

· Coordinate with automation engineers for system upgrades and modifications.

· Maintain maintenance records and equipment history.

· Monitor electrical load, power factor, and energy consumption.

· Ensure proper functioning of transformers, generators, and power distribution systems.

· Follow electrical safety standards and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.

· Ensure compliance with statutory electrical regulations and conduct safety inspections.

Compliance & Governance:-

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.




- Maintain compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits.

Educational Qualification:-

Essential:

· Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering branch of study.

Preferred:

- DEE

Experience

Minimum Experience Required:

4 – 6 Years
