Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline/ B.Sc / M.Sc / BCA /MCA

Certificate: CCNA Certified

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure qualified to manage and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, network connectivity, hardware, software, and ERP-related support. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, implementing IT security policies, coordinating with vendors, and providing effective technical support to users across the plant and branch offices.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, LAN/WAN, network switches, leased lines, and internet connectivity.
- Ensure the smooth functioning, maintenance, and timely upgradation of computer hardware, network equipment, and IT systems.
- Monitor server performance, network utilization, data backups, and system availability.
- Manage ERP systems and coordinate with relevant teams for ERP implementation,



standardization, and maintenance.
- Support ERP modules such as HR/Payroll and Accounts, ensuring seamless functioning of business applications.
- Implement and maintain IT security policies, antivirus solutions, access controls, and data protection measures.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors, consultants, and service providers for infrastructure support and system upgrades.
- Identify IT requirements across departments and ensure timely availability of hardware, software, and technical resources.
- Provide technical support and training to users at plant locations and branch offices.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including WCM and QCDIP activities.
