Roles & Responibilities The role focuses on extracting data through available OFS APIs and interfaces, transforming and consolidating it into a structured reporting data warehouse, and developing operational reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze OFS data structures, REST APIs, XML interfaces, and available data extraction mechanisms.

- Develop automated data extraction, transformation, and synchronization processes.

- Develop Power BI dashboards, KPIs, operational reports, and analytical insights.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, historical tracking, and reporting performance.

- Collaborate with OFS functional specialists to identify available data, API limitations, and suitable integration approaches.

- Assess the feasibility of embedding dashboards or using OFS plugins where required, based on supported capabilities.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- Strong SQL and relational database development experience.

- Hands-on experience with data warehouse design, ETL/ELT, and data modeling.

- Experience developing ETL/ELT processes and automated data extraction.

- Solid Power BI skills, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development.

- Working knowledge of Oracle Field Service, its data structures, APIs,



and technical limitations.

- Understanding of field service operational processes and reporting requirements.

- Assessment of OFS data availability, APIs, extraction options, and limitations.

- Recommended reporting architecture and data flow.

- Automated data extraction and transformation processes.

- The primary requirement is a senior technical developer specializing in database development, API integration, and Power BI, with practical OFS knowledge.

- Candidates should demonstrate hands-on implementation experience, particularly in extracting OFS data and converting it into usable operational reporting. The proposed solution should be technically assessed before full-scale development begins

Preferred candidate profile

- Previous experience delivering reporting solutions for Oracle Field Service Cloud.

- Oracle Database / PL/SQL, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or other integration platforms.

- Familiarity with Power BI Service, scheduled refreshes, and data warehouse concepts.

- Experience: 5+ yrs
