We are looking for a responsible and reliable Office Boy cum Driver to support the daily operations of the office by handling general office tasks and driving company staff to various locations as needed. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent time management skills and a robust commitment to providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

Office Boy Duties

- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Handle courier deliveries, pick up, and dispatch important documents.
- Assist with photocopying, filing, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure the office equipment is in good condition and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferably).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record(preferably owns his own vehicle).
- Proven experience as an office boy, office assistant, or driver (0-1 year preferred).
- Familiarity with local roads and routes.




- Strong communication skills and a customer-service-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (photocopiers, printers, etc.).
- A good sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism.
