- Patient Assessment: Monitor vital signs, record medical histories, and observe physical and emotional changes.
- Direct Care: Administer prescribed medications, start IV lines, collect lab samples, and assist doctors during treatments and procedures.
- Care Planning: Develop, implement, and update patient care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary medical teams.
- Patient Education: Instruct patients and relatives on disease prevention, recovery steps, medication schedules, and lifestyle changes.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date electronic or written patient charts.
- Advocacy: Protect patient rights and ensure comfort, safety, and emotional support. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Education
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
