Komoka Beauty Labs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and experienced NPD professional to join our growing team in the Beauty amp; Personal Care / Fragrance industry.

- Position: NPD – New Product Development
- Location: Gurgaon
- Experience: 2–5 Years
- Industry: Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics / Fragrance

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and launch new beauty, personal care amp; fragrance products
- Coordinate with R&D;, Packaging, Purchase, Production & Marketing teams
- Manage product development from concept to commercialization
- Conduct market & competitor research to identify new product opportunities
- Coordinate sampling, testing, trials and product improvements
- Ensure products meet quality, cost and timeline requirements
- Maintain NPD documentation and development records

Ideal Candidate:
- Hands-on experience in New Product Development
- Strong understanding of cosmetics / beauty / fragrance products
- Good vendor and cross-functional coordination skills
- Robust market understanding and problem-solving ability
