· Clinical Monitoring & Assessment: Continuously monitoring vital signs (heart rate, respiration, blood pressure, oxygen saturation) and performing assessments to detect signs of distress or improvement.

· Medical Care & Procedures: Administering medications, managing intravenous (IV) fluids, maintaining feeding tubes, and providing phototherapy for jaundice.

· Equipment Operation: Setting up and managing complex equipment such as ventilators, isolettes (incubators), and cardio-respiratory monitors.

· Family-Centred Care: Providing emotional support to anxious parents, educating them on the baby’s condition, and instructing them on caretaking skills for after discharge.

· Preventive Care & Hygiene: Implementing strict hygiene protocols, such as maintaining sterile environments and cleaning equipment, to protect immunocompromised infants from infection.

· Collaboration: Working within a multidisciplinary team—including neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and social workers—to update care plans and participate in clinical rounds.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
