Job Summary

Acare is looking for a qualified and experienced NICU Staff Nurse to provide specialized nursing care to newborn babies, including premature and critically ill infants. The candidate should have strong clinical skills and the ability to monitor newborns and work effectively with doctors and the healthcare team.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide specialized nursing care to newborns in the NICU.
- Monitor vital signs and assess the health condition of newborn babies.
- Operate and monitor incubators, ventilators, and other NICU equipment as trained and authorized.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Maintain infection control, hygiene, and patient safety standards.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Support doctors during medical procedures and emergencies.
- Communicate with parents and provide appropriate guidance regarding newborn care.




- Follow hospital protocols and neonatal care standards.
- willing to work as a home nurse.

Qualifications & Requirements

- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.
- Previous NICU experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of neonatal care, infection control, and emergency procedures.
- Positive communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
- Salary will depend on qualifications and experience.
