3 New Part Costing (Customer and Supplier )finalized and record maintained.

4 Customer and Supplier response regarding Recent Product development.

5 IPC Control record maintained.

6 NPD Documenuts (Control plan,PFD,PFMEA) prepare PPAP Documents.

7 Customer Complaint of New Part & CAPA Submitted.

8 Customer Complaint handling of Exiting Parts and & CAPA Made.

9 Customer Visit for NPD & Customer Complaint.

10 Ensuring on time caibration ,repair and maintenance of measuring instruments & equipments from approved sources as applicable.

11 Documents of Samples/New Part Approval/Revalidation including for prepareness of test pieces,slabs and Supplier data as per Customer Requirment.





12 Ensuring proper utalization and Skill enhancement of manpower in the Quality Departments.

13 Responsible for control Initial Part Handling.

14 Responsible of the Customer Audit and its closure.

15 Customer and Inhouse Rejction analysis and its Improvements.

16 Support to the Department for any Internal and external issue.

17 Responsible of the Repaire of the Instruments and machine and New Purchase.

18 Responsible of Quality KPI Target achivement on monthly basis.

19 Support to the Department for any Internal and external issue.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
