- Degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.

- Knowledge of social media management and digital content creation.

- Manage the hospital’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

- Create and publish digital content, including posters, banners, photographs, videos, reels, and health awareness messages.

- Update the hospital website and online platforms with information about doctors, departments, services, facilities, and health programmes.

- Cover hospital events, medical camps, awareness programmes, celebrations, and other official activities through photographs and videos.

- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, department heads, and hospital management to collect and verify information before publication.

- Respond to general enquiries, comments, and messages on social media and direct patients to the appropriate hospital department.
