Role & responsibilities

- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
- Support LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN, and enterprise network infrastructure.
- Work with routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
- Configure and troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VLAN, STP, HSRP/VRRP, and ACLs.
- Manage network security devices and technologies such as Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, or Check Point.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, latency, packet loss, and performance issues.
- Monitor network availability and performance using tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark, or similar platforms.
- Support site-to-site and remote-access VPN connectivity.
- Perform network upgrades, migrations, patching,



and configuration changes.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, security, application, and service desk teams.
- Handle incidents, service requests, problem management, and change activities.
- Maintain network diagrams, configuration documentation, and operational procedures.
