Roles and Responsibilities

 Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure across client locations.

 Manage and troubleshoot MikroTik routers, including routing, NAT, VLANs, firewall rules, VPNs, bandwidth management, and dual-WAN configurations.

 Configure and manage FortiGate and Sophos firewalls, including security policies, VPNs, access rules, and network protection.

 Install, configure, and troubleshoot switches from Cisco, TP-Link, Ubiquiti UniFi, and D-Link.  Manage switching configurations, including VLANs, access and trunk ports, PoE, inter-switch connectivity, and loop troubleshooting.

 Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot wireless access points from Aruba and Ubiquiti UniFi.

Required Skills and Experience

1. Routers and Network Configuration Strong hands-on proficiency in MikroTik routers, including routing, firewall rules, NAT, VLANs, VPNs, bandwidth management, and dual-WAN configurations. Solid understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing, subnetting, DHCP, DNS, routing, and switching. Knowledge of IPsec, site-to-site VPNs, BGP, RIP,



and other relevant routing protocols.
2. Firewall and Network Security Practical experience configuring and troubleshooting FortiGate and Sophos firewalls. Understanding of firewall policies, access control, NAT, VPN configuration, and network security best practices.
3. Switches Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco, TP-Link, Ubiquiti UniFi, and D-Link switches. Understanding of managed switches, VLAN configuration, access and trunk ports, PoE, port security, inter-switch connectivity, and loop detection. Ability to diagnose switching issues, VLAN mismatches, port connectivity problems, and LAN performance bottlenecks.
4. Wireless Networking Practical experience deploying and troubleshooting Aruba and Ubiquiti UniFi wireless access points. Understanding of WiFi congestion, channel selection, 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency bands, wireless interference, roaming, and network optimization. Ability to troubleshoot wireless connectivity, authentication, and performance issues.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
