JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced .NET Technical Lead with strong hands-on development skills, technical leadership experience, and expertise in enterprise application architecture. The ideal candidate will lead development teams, drive architectural decisions, and contribute to application modernization using modern .NET technologies, cloud platforms, and AI-assisted engineering tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications using .NET technologies.
- Guide development teams and ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and best practices.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs, Web APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
- Drive architecture decisions, application modernization, and legacy system analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
- Support cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, application monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous engineering improvements.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core / .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs.




- Experience with microservices, API design, design patterns, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and event-driven architecture.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (preferred), AWS or GCP, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or NoSQL databases, including data modeling and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with New Relic, Elastic Stack, application performance monitoring, distributed tracing, and log analytics.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, legacy application analysis, technical debt assessment, and application modernization.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

- 10+ years of software development experience, with substantial expertise in .NET technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs.
- Proven experience leading technical teams, projects, or engineering initiatives.
- Solid problem-solving, communication, and technical decision-making skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in enterprise application modernization and distributed systems.
- Exposure to cloud-native development, Infrastructure as Code, and AI-assisted engineering practices.
