One of our client which is a pharma company and located in Hyderabad is looking for National Sales Manager for there Head Office.Those who worked in Pharma Company only is eligible for this position.Other Industries exp we will not consider your profile.Here is the i am sharing for this position if you have relevant exp only apply for this position.

Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets,Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales managers and field force teams across India,Build strong relationships with distributors, doctors, hospitals, and key stakeholders,Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies effectively,Collaborate with marketing, product management, and supply chain teams for seamless operations,Drive new product launches and ensure effective penetration in target markets,Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.

Skills Required

Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Management,Minimum 12–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales,



with at least 5 years in a leadership role,Proven track record in handling Pan India operations,Strong expertise in key therapeutic segments (e.g., General, Gynecology, Pediatrics, respiratory etc.),Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.

Aspiring Candidate

Yes, aspiriing candidate can be considered with atlest 4-5 years experience as zonal manager with atlest 2-4 zones exposure

Preferred Companies

Should have atleast 2-5 years experience as Sales Manager handling large volume of Teams with a reputed companies
