Position Overview:

As a National Catalog Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the visual and descriptive elements of our product catalog across the company’s national platforms. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all product representations are accurate, appealing, and aligned with our brand standards.

The Catalog

Specialist will collaborate with inventory teams and vendors to keep the product listings up-to-date and reflective of our diverse offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Catalogue Updates: Regularly update product photos and descriptions on the website to ensure they are current, accurate, and appealing. Implement changes based on inventory shifts, seasonal updates, and promotional strategies.

- Audits and Accuracy: Conduct thorough, regular audits of the online catalog to identify and amend any discrepancies in product information or outdated imagery. Ensure that all listings align with current stock and product specifications.

- Inventory Collaboration: Actively participate in inventory discussions and updates to stay informed about current product additions and changes. Utilize insights from these conversations to update the catalog promptly and accurately.

- Vendor Communication: Manage a dedicated email account for receiving product updates, photos, and information from vendors. Ensure that all communications are organized, archived appropriately,



and responded to in a timely manner, maintaining strong vendor relationships.

- Multitasking and Inventory Management: Handle multiple responsibilities, including managing deliveries, applying labels to products, and overseeing product movements within the inventory. This role requires excellent organizational skills to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, keeping the physical stock aligned with our digital catalog entries.

- Digital Information Organization: Maintain exemplary organizational skills in handling large volumes of digital information and assets. Ensure that all digital content is stored securely and structured in an easily retrievable manner.

- Coordinate with US-based teams during the night shift.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in product catalog management or a similar role.

- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong grammar and editing skills.

- Understanding of the retail business and the catalog management through offline and online sales in products category.

- Strong planning, communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.

- Bachelors degree in Business or a related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
