Key Responsibilities:

- Teach vocal music and instrumental music to students across different age groups.
- Plan and conduct engaging, structured music lessons appropriate to students’ age and skill levels.
- Train students in singing, rhythm, pitch, voice modulation, and basic music theory.
- Provide practical instruction in musical instruments such as keyboard, guitar, tabla, harmonium, or other instruments, according to proficiency.
- Prepare students for school assemblies, cultural programmes, competitions, celebrations, and annual functions.
- Identify and nurture students' musical talent and encourage participation in co-curricular activities.
- Organise choir practices, group performances, and individual music sessions.
- Maintain musical instruments and ensure their proper use and care.
- Collaborate with teachers and school leadership to integrate music into school events and enrichment activities.
- Maintain a safe, disciplined, and encouraging learning environment.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Music from a recognised institution; relevant professional qualifications may also be considered.
- Demonstrable proficiency in vocal and instrumental music.
- Previous experience in a school or educational institution will be preferred.
- Ability to train students in both individual and group performances.




- Good communication, classroom management, and organisational skills.
- A creative, enthusiastic, and student-centred approach to music education.
