We are urgently hiring energetic and fluent speakers of Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada for a domestic voice process based in the heart of Nungambakkam, Chennai. The role involves a blend of customer support, telecollection (payment reminders/recovery follow-ups), and telesales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Telecollection: Handle outbound collection calls to customers, follow up on pending payments, and manage payment negotiations professionally.

- Telesales & Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls to explain products/services, generate leads, and solve customer queries.





- Maintain accurate records of calls, updates, and customer data in the CRM system [cite: 1.1.5].

- Ensure conversion targets and collection KPIs are met consistently.

Candidate Requirements:

- Languages Mandatory: Fluent spoken proficiency in at least one or more of the target languages: Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.

- Qualification: 12th Pass or Any Graduate (Freshers and Experienced candidates both welcome).

- Positive interpersonal, convincing, and listening skills.

- Prior experience in BPO, telecalling, telesales, or debt collection/telecollection is an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
