What awaits you/ Job Profile

Support design decisions by providing (mechanics) simulation-based recommendations throughout the product development process for electric drivetrains.

Modelling of bearings, shafts, gear systems, connections, flexible bodies, and dynamic excitations.

- Experience in model validation; knowledge of FEM, flexible-body integration, Python or MATLAB, and 3DEXPERIENCE is beneficial.

Fluent

English and strong communication skills, combined with an independent, self-motivated, and solution-oriented way of working.

- Educational background: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering
- Mainly tasks within the software Simpack

- Simpack, Multibody Simulation, Multibody Dynamics, Structural Mechanics, Python, Matlab, 3dexperience, Electric Drive, Automotive Powertrain, Model Generation, Simulation Setup, Post-processing, Vibration, Acoustics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering

- Languages: Proficiency in spoken and written English; German language skills are a plus
- Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams

Must have technical skill

- Simpack, Abaqus
- Fluent in English

Good to have Technical skills

- Simulation/code and scripting: Python skills for data processing and automation
- ANSA, Metapost
