Role & responsibilities

- Carry out day-to-day maintenance and repair work at commercial and retail sites.
- Handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and civil maintenance tasks.
- Identify technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine site inspections.
- Attend maintenance complaints and service requests within the agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with facility management teams, clients, vendors, and supervisors.
- Maintain service reports, job completion records, and maintenance checklists.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain quality standards.
- Travel to different client locations as required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 35 years of experience in maintenance, facility management, retail maintenance, or technical support.
- Practical knowledge of multiple maintenance trades, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry,



painting, and civil repairs.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel to different sites as per business requirements.
