Shifts-24/7- INDIA-6.30AM-3.30PM, 10.00/10.30-8.00PM, Hybrid Mode

Skilled proactive support analyst in L1/L2

Exp in Batch, ITIL process, troubleshooting platforms and tools

Monitor and manage batch process - Autosys, AppDynamics, Splunk

RCA and resolve apps issues

Collaboration with cross function teams

Participate in on call support during non-bis

Incident update SNOW

Incident, change and Prob mgmt.

Able handled to shift and guide to team incident and change resolution

Good comm, documentation

Tools:

Splunk, Big Panda, AppDynamics, Autosys

Unix/Linux

Oracle, MSSQL, MongoDB

SNOW
