Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Contemporary Workplace Manager to lead the strategy, governance, security, and continuous improvement of the Microsoft ecosystem across the organization. The role will drive adoption, optimization, and operational excellence of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Purview, Power Platform, Copilot, Viva, GitHub, and Endpoint Management while ensuring secure, compliant, and highly available workplace services.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the roadmap, governance, and lifecycle management of Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies.
- Lead Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, Purview, and collaboration platforms.
- Drive AI & Copilot adoption, governance, security, and user enablement.
- Ensure platform security,



compliance, resilience, and operational readiness.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, service improvement, and enterprise-wide adoption programs.
- Lead Microsoft technology teams, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Monitor service performance, user experience, and continuous improvement initiatives.
