What would you do? Manage end-to-end Insurance Operations covering policy servicing, claims processing, underwriting support, customer service, billing, renewals and related back-office processes. Drive operational performance, quality, service levels, compliance and continuous improvement. Lead transitions, knowledge transfer, go-live and stabilization while working with business and technology stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

- Strong Insurance Operations experience across one or more insurance lines.
- Deep knowledge of policy administration, claims processing or underwriting support.
- Experience leading large insurance operations and delivery programs.
- Strong understanding of operational governance, quality and service levels.
- Experience managing risks, compliance, audits and regulatory requirements.




- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.
- Experience leading transition, transformation and operational improvement initiatives.
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing insurance operations teams. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Insurance Operations across policy administration, claims, underwriting support, customer service and back-office activities.
- Manage policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements and policy servicing activities.
- Lead claims operations including FNOL, claims intake, registration, triaging, adjudication support and settlement processing.
- Manage underwriting support including data collection, risk assessment support, submission handling and documentation.
- Drive service quality, TAT, SLA adherence and operational performance across insurance processes.
- Lead customer service operations covering policy queries, billing, renewals, claims status and grievance resolution.
- Establish governance mechanisms and conduct regular operational and business reviews.
- Identify and manage operational risks, issues and compliance requirements.
- Support audit readiness and adherence to applicable regulatory and data privacy requirements.
- Lead transition activities including due diligence, knowledge transfer, go-live and stabilization.
- Drive automation, process improvement and transformation initiatives across Insurance Operations.
- Partner with business and technology teams on system and process transformation initiatives.
- Build and develop high-performing teams and strengthen insurance domain capability.
- Manage hiring, onboarding, performance management and succession planning.
- Drive a culture of quality, compliance, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
