- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, supply chain, inventory, dispatch, and business performance.
- Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from different departments.
- Maintain and update Excel-based reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
- Monitor sales targets, achievements, stock movement, dispatches, and other key business KPIs.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments for corrections.
- Prepare management reports and presentations as required.
- Track primary and secondary sales data, distributor performance, and sales trends, wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.




- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Automate routine reports and improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
