KD Ink Manufacturing Co. is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage reports, maintain business data, and support management in data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for different departments.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of reports to management.
- Collect, clean, analyze, and present data using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and company ERP systems.
- Prepare dashboards and visual reports to support management decisions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Production, and HR teams to collect and verify data.
- Support report automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain records of business activities, inventory, stock, and expenses.
- Assist with audits, internal reviews, and SOP compliance reporting.
- Identify reporting errors and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.

Qualification Required
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

Experience Required




- 1–3 years of experience in MIS or data-handling roles.
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, or service industries is preferred.

Required Skills
- Strong MS Excel knowledge, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, and Charts.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
