ABOUT THE ROLE

- We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with excellent MS Excel skills to consolidate business data, prepare accurate reports and dashboards, and support management decision-making.

- The role will coordinate with Sales, Production, Inventory, Dispatch, Accounts and other departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports, dashboards and management summaries.

- Collect, verify and consolidate data from Sales, Production, Inventory, Dispatch, Accounts and other departments.

- Maintain accurate sales, production, stock, dispatch and operational data; identify errors, gaps and unusual variations.

- Analyse trends and performance data to support planning and management decisions.

- Coordinate with departments to obtain timely data and ensure reports are submitted on schedule.

- Standardise recurring reports and improve reporting processes through templates and basic automation.

- Maintain organised files, source data and version-controlled reports for easy reference and audit.

- Track sales versus targets, pending orders, dispatch status and stock movement for management reviews.

- Validate figures against source files or ERP data and follow up on discrepancies before submission.





QUALIFICATION &

- SKILLS

- Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline
- B.Com, BBA or BCA preferred.

- 2-5 years of experience in MIS reporting, data management or a similar role; manufacturing experience is an advantage.

- Excellent MS Excel proficiency: formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF functions, conditional formatting and data validation.

- Ability to prepare professional reports, dashboards and clear data summaries.

- Valuable analytical skills, numerical accuracy and strong attention to detail.

- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.

- Knowledge of ERP software or Tally is an added advantage.

- Handle large datasets responsibly and maintain confidentiality of business information.

- Sales performance, targets, order status and customer data.

PRODUCTION &

- DISPATCH : -

- Production output, dispatch status and pending deliveries.

INVENTORY : -

- Stock movement, availability and inventory summaries.

MANAGEMENT MIS : -

- Weekly/monthly trends, exceptions and management dashboards.
