Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / relevant qualification preferred

Location: Sitarganj

A. MIS Reporting & Data Management

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Collect and consolidate data
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and timely submission.
- Maintain historical records and databases for reporting and analysis.

B. Advanced Excel & Data Analysis

- Use MS Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and Pivot Tables.
- Identify data discrepancies, operational trends, and performance gaps.

C. Manufacturing MIS & KPI Monitoring

- Track production output, productivity, rejection rates, downtime, and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory, material consumption, dispatches, and order fulfilment.
- Coordinate with department representatives to validate operational data.

D. ERP & Reporting Systems

- Extract and analyse data from ERP or other business applications.

Management Coordination

- Submit reports within defined timelines and highlight critical deviations.
- Support management review meetings with accurate reports and presentations

1. Required Skills

- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

1. Experience Requirements

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis.
- Preference for candidates with manufacturing-industry experience.
- Hands-on experience in preparing recurring reports and analysing operational data.
- Ability to independently manage reporting requirements and coordinate with multiple departments.

1. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Accuracy and completeness of reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
