Our team of designers and site supervisors manages multiple projects at the same time for prominent clients across India, from concept and space planning through execution and handover.

About the Role

We are looking for an analytical, tech-savvy MIS professional with hands-on experience in Rahul Jain’s BCI (Business Coaching India) tools. You will be the backbone of our reporting and systems, giving leadership a clear, real-time view of every project, team, vendor, and rupee. This role suits someone who enjoys building systems, chasing data to closure, and turning numbers into action.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, run, and maintain BCI systems: FMS (Flow Management System), PMS (Performance Management System), and IMS
- Develop automation using Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, Google Forms, and AppSheet
- Lead data automation using Excel macros and Power BI to reduce manual reporting
- Use AI tools to improve reporting speed, accuracy, and automation
- Track project status across all live sites: design stage, drawing release, site progress, and handover timelines
- Maintain drawing and approval trackers (layouts, working drawings, client sign-offs)
- Monitor site supervisor check-ins, daily progress updates, site hurdles, and pending tasks
- Flag delays early and follow up with designers, supervisors, and vendors until closure
- Track KRAs, KPIs, and SOP compliance for designers, supervisors, and support staff
- Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS dashboards across departments




- Apply BCI frameworks (Time Management Matrix, Delegation Framework, Performance Matrix, Process Mapping) to align reporting with business goals
- Prepare and present insights in leadership review meetings using clear visuals and root-cause analysis
- Document SOPs and process maps for recurring workflows

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in an MIS or similar role
- Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivots, conditional formatting, macros)
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Apps Script
- Working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau
- Direct familiarity with Rahul Jain’s BCI methodologies, ideally through training or certification
- Proven ability to implement BCI tools to improve operations
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to coordinate with multiple teams
- Robust analytical mindset, attention to detail, and structured thinking
- Clear communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred)
- Working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
- BCA / MCA is a plus
- Certification or hands-on training in BCI-aligned programs
- Candidates who can commute to Salt Lake Sector V within 45 minutes to 1 hour
