We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with robust hands-on expertise in Google Sheets to manage retail sales data, prepare sales MIS reports, and generate meaningful business insights for management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain sales, product, style code, color, designer, and transaction data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and financial-year-wise sales MIS reports.
- Analyze sales performance by style code, product category, color, designer, and month.
- Identify top-selling and bottom-selling products and styles.
- Prepare product-wise and year-wise sales comparison reports.
- Develop automated MIS reports using advanced Google Sheets formulas and functions.
- Create and maintain Pivot Tables, dashboards, summaries, and management reports.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.
- Identify sales trends, variances, and anomalies and share actionable insights with management.
- Improve existing MIS formats and automate repetitive reporting processes.

Mandatory Google Sheets Skills Candidates must have strong practical knowledge of:

- TRIM and data-cleaning functions

Candidate Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in MIS, Sales MIS, or Retail Reporting.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Sheets is mandatory.
- Good understanding of retail sales and inventory data.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to convert raw data into meaningful management reports.
- Experience in apparel, fashion, or lifestyle retail will be preferred.

- Accuracy and timely submission of MIS reports.
- Automation of reporting processes and reduction of manual work.
- Data integrity, validation, and reconciliation.
- Quality of sales analysis and management reporting.
- Ability to identify relevant business trends and actionable insights.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
