About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Budgeting & Costing Executive to join our Finance team. This opportunity is ideal for MBA Finance freshers who are eager to build a career in budgeting, costing, financial planning, and management reporting. The candidate will work closely with the finance team to support budgeting, cost analysis, MIS reporting, and financial decision-making.

Eligibility

- MBA in Finance (Freshers are welcome to apply)
- Strong academic background in Finance or Accounting

Required Skills

- Sound knowledge of financial concepts and accounting principles
- Good understanding of budgeting, costing, and financial analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret financial data and prepare reports
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Key Responsibilities





- Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Support budgeting, costing, and variance analysis
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and MIS reports
- Analyze expenses and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Maintain financial records and supporting documentation
- Assist in financial planning and forecasting activities
- Coordinate with internal departments for budgeting and financial data collection
- Prepare management presentations and financial summaries
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned financial tasks
- Support the Finance team in day-to-day operations and reporting

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
