Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day mining operations to meet production targets for Underground Operations.

- Plan, supervise, and optimize drilling, blasting, excavation, and crusher operations.

- Ensure compliance with all mining laws, safety standards, and statutory obligations DGMS, IBM, MOEF etc.

- Lead a team of mining engineers, supervisors, and operators to achieve production goals.

- Conduct regular safety meetings, risk assessments, and implement corrective measures.

- Maintain records and reports as per Mines Act and other relevant regulatory frameworks.

- Coordinate with planning and maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment utilization.

- Liaise with local authorities, government agencies, and internal departments as required.

- Report production status,



challenges, and improvements to senior management in which HEMM is deployed.

- Good with MS word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.

- Worked with Autocad 2D.

- Worked with GEOVIA Surpac Software.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in mining engineering or related field.

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution (any specialization).

- Proficiency in SURPAC software for mine planning and design.

- Robust understanding of mining operations, including blasting, drilling, excavation, loading, haul truck operation.
